Ground was first broken May 25, 2011, on the first phase of the project which is a seven-story Class A corporate office tower. Once completed in December 2013, it will provide 110,000 sq. ft. of office space, a bank, a roof-top restaurant and other retail opportunities.

    •     The rooms will be available to rent to the public with building tenants having first priority for booking.
